The inaugural End-of-Life Care Summit is presented by Hospice Foundation of the Ozarks (HFO) along with community partners CoxHealth, CMH, and Mercy. The End-of-Life Care Summit illuminates the needs of fragile patient populations and promotes insights into coordinated care that improves outcomes for patients, their caregivers, and medical care teams. Sessions feature evidence-based practices for treating and supporting hospice and palliative care populations.

This event is designed for all healthcare professionals who care for the hospice and palliative care populations.
